How can I report a bug?

Use the support form above, select "Bug Report" as the category, and include steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots help us diagnose faster. Please include the exact URL where the bug occurred, what you were doing when it happened, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. If you saw any error messages, include the exact error text or a screenshot. The more detail you provide, the faster our development team can identify and fix the problem. We typically resolve confirmed bugs within one to two weeks depending on complexity.

Can I request a new tool?

Yes. We welcome suggestions. Select "Feature Request" from the category dropdown and describe the tool you'd like to see. Include details about what the tool should do, who would use it, and any similar tools you have used before. Our team reviews all feature requests and prioritizes them based on user demand and platform relevance. We cannot guarantee that every requested tool will be built, but popular and practical suggestions are regularly added to our development roadmap. You can also vote for existing feature requests on our community discussion board if one is available.

How long does it take to get a response?

General queries within 24 hours, technical issues within 48 hours. Critical issues receive priority support. Response times begin from when your request is received during business hours — requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. If you have not received a response within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder in case our reply was filtered.
